The Livonia Coin Show collects personal information only to process dealer table requests and respond to inquiries.
What we collect
Name, business name, mailing address, phone, email, requested show dates, table and accessory preferences, assistant names, and any comments you provide on the dealer registration form.
Why we collect it & how it is used
To confirm table availability, arrange setup and payment, and follow up about your request. We do not sell your information. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS.
Sharing & retention
Information is shared only with the organizer and is retained for the season to manage registrations and confirmations, then removed when no longer needed.
