Dealer Rules

These guidelines help every show run smoothly for dealers and the public. Final details for each show — table pricing, setup time, loading, electrical access, and payment instructions — are confirmed by the organizer when your reservation is accepted. Questions: call Don Reid at 313-737-9141.

Reservation

  • Submitting the registration form is a request; tables are not held until the organizer confirms availability.
  • Reserve one or more standard tables per show. Display cases, lamps, and overnight covers may be requested.
  • Confirmation, table pricing, and payment instructions are provided directly by the organizer.

Setup and Teardown

  • Show hours are 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Setup and teardown times are confirmed at booking.
  • Tables should remain staffed during show hours; please do not tear down early.
  • Leave your space clean and remove all materials at the end of the day.

Conduct and Security

  • Dealers are responsible for the security of their own inventory and cases at all times.
  • Professional, courteous conduct toward the public and other dealers is expected.
  • Buying, selling, trading, and free verbal appraisals are welcome; estate purchases are encouraged.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment method and due date are confirmed by the organizer with your reservation.
  • If you must cancel, contact Don Reid as early as possible so the table can be reassigned.

By registering, you agree to follow venue rules, these dealer rules, and the organizer's payment instructions, and you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
